The most important thing I learned from this class were the collaboration techniques and skills on working with groups. These skills are useful no matter what job or industry you choose to work in making them valuable to everyone. Our team communicated mostly over text chat which is difficult for me as I do not have any access to my phone during the work week. I am trying to make it a point to step out and check the chat throughout the day, but I do not always have that opportunity and it is something I need to improve.
